You’ve heard of ZOOMERS – “Adults with a ZEST FOR LIFE”

We have “ZOOM-AIRS” – Adults with a zest on how they want to live life regardless of some COPD/respiratory issues.

Our ZOOM-AIRS come to the group sessions with a great attitude ready to maintain the mindset necessary to complete their exercise program.

Our body will only go where the mind takes it.

Our goal is to exercise and equip our bodies with the best physical conditioning that we are each capable of. This conditioning improves our respiratory and emotional health.

Our ZOOM-AIRS have created a friendly social environment that welcomes everyone.

Group Exercise Sessions are currently offered – Monday & Thursday 1:00pm – 3:00pm
