“Spinning” was created by a team of exercise specialists and scientists, including a bio-mechanist and sports physiologist. Spinning simulates cycling in a group, incorporating visualization, intensity, geared, to the individual, and a whole lot of fun!

Our specialty bikes allow participants of all ages and fitness levels to participate, because despite cycling in a group, you control the intensity of the ride.

How do I book a spinning class?

  • Please book cycling classes at the front desk
  • Please book at least 8 hours in advance to guarantee a bike
  • You must cancel at least 8 hours in advance if you are unable to attend the class
  • If a class is missed wihout proper notice, a class will be deducted from your package

Rules of the Road

  • Arrive 10 minutes early
  • Get help for initial fitting
  • Inform instructor of your Goals/Limitations
  • Bring water and a towel
  • Check security of all adjustments
