Individual

Are sold as packages of 5, 10, or 20. Each session is 1 hour and must be booked with instructors 1 week prior.

Group

Will be held 3 times a week. Each session at 1 1/2 hours, for a total 8-week/36 hour program.

Our certified personal trainers can help you fast track to your goals. Why have your athletes train on their own when you can achieve your athletes required conditioning and particular sport fitness level,while developing the desired and much required group chemistry to be a successful group. Learn to set goals together and support each other to achieve them and feel that success.
